Lviv, Ukraine Folklore Festival

This festival has been on our radar for some time, a close-to-home taste of Ukraine. And, the bonus is that we're acquainted with two of the participants! Ella was 10 when she and her Mom were hosted by our friends, Judy and Murray. Four years later, she seems to have found her niche bringing her home culture to Canada.

During the two day event, the dancers danced 3 sets/day. Impressive!

Ella danced in both the children's group and the adult one, meaning that she was very good at changing costumes quickly.

And, there was cuteness everywhere.

So long, but not goodbye. We will try to go again.
