Butterflies are more patient than hummingbirds. Whenever I see a hummingbird enjoying the zinnias in front of the house, they are long gone by the time I get the camera. This female Eastern Tiger Swallowtail sampled pretty well every zinnia in the patch. I had plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy its company.
